CertiStud Advanced Foam Sheeting

CertiStud takes the power of XPS rigid foam a massive step further. It is a highly engineered foam sheeting system that is “pre-furred” with embedded wood stud strips perfectly spaced at 16” or 24” on-center. CertiStud is brilliantly used for direct-to-masonry wall applications. The embedded wooden strips allow finishing drywall to be directly attached, while simultaneously eliminating energy-leaking “thermal shorts” (thermal bridging) across the wall structure, resulting in a significantly more energy-efficient and dry basement.
